The Analytics dashboard provides deeper insights into how, when, and where users engage with the Staffbase platform. The Analytics dashboard is divided into different categories to allow you to dive deep into metrics.

This article explains the Campaigns tab in detail, including the graphs and analytical data within it. This tab is part of the Smart Impact feature, learn more about Smart Impact. The Campaigns tab displays data from the past seven days by default. You can change the date range and apply additional filters to refine the results. Learn more about filtering.
Campaigns List
In the Campaigns tab, there is one list with detailed metrics about your content. Learn more about Campaigns in the Overview of Campaigns article. The Campaign list is an extensive overview of the campaigns in your platform. What displays depends on the products your platform has enabled.
The list is updated daily. Metrics can take up to twenty-four hours to process and display.
The Campaign list displays the campaign title, visibility, engagement, and number of posts.

By default, the table is sorted alphabetically by campaign title. You can further sort the table by clicking on a specific header.
Sorting the Campaign List
You can sort the Campaign list by the table headers.
- In the Studio, navigate to Analytics > Campaigns.
The Campaign List displays. - Click on the header by which you want to sort the list.
The list automatically sorts in descending order by the selected header. - Optionally, click again to sort the list in ascending order.
You have sorted the Campaign list by a specific header. If you navigate away from the Campaigns tab, the results automatically reset to display by the campaign title.
