The information in this article applies when you have the Employee App or Staffbase Intranet and when Staffbase Email is used together with the Employee App or Staffbase Intranet. If you use Staffbase Email as a standalone product, refer to Creating a User in Staffbase Email.
You can create a user in different ways. You can create users manually when creating one or two users on the platform. For bulk creation, you can use one of the following:
Prerequisite:
- You have set up the profile fields required for your organization.
- In the Studio, navigate to Users.
- Click Add User.
The How would you like to add? dialog opens. - Select one of the following based on your preferred onboarding method:
- Complete the process for your preferred onboarding method.
You have created a new user. The user is listed under Pending Users. Once the user completes the registration process, the user is listed under Registered Users.
