If an account is disconnected from External Content you can still create and schedule posts for the account, but you can no longer publish them. You can easily reconnect the account to External Content.
You can manually disconnect accounts from External Content, but they can also be disconnected by the respective platform, such as when an access token expires.
- In the Studio, navigate to External Content > Accounts.
- Navigate to the disconnected account you want to reconnect.
Disconnected accounts are highlighted in red and labeled as Disconnected.
- Click the three dots to open the action menu.
- Click Connect Again.
You are redirected to LinkedIn sign-in. - Enter your email address and password.
- Click Sign in.
The dialog to connect accounts opens.
- Select the account that you want to reconnect.
- Click Save.
You have reconnected an account to the Studio. In the list of accounts, the Disconnected label disappears.
