The All Results tab contains all search results that include the specific term entered in the search bar. To provide a clear overview, the results are grouped by category.

Under each category, a selection of search results is displayed. If there are more search results available, a Show All button is displayed. Clicking the button directs you to the respective category.

If a category does not have search relevant items, it is greyed out in the overview on the left and does not appear in the All Results tab. 

The News tab contains all searchable news that include the search term in the headline or text. 

From the preview of search results, you can:

• access the respective news post
• view the breadcrumb of the news pages in which the news post belongs

You can sort results by:

• Most Relevant First

• Newest Published Date

• Oldest Published Date

You can filter results by:

• Channel
• Hashtag
• Published by

The user cards in the People tab show a user’s:

• profile picture, if added
• position
• department
• location

You can sort results by:

• Most Relevant First
• Alphabetically (A-Z)
• Alphabetically (Z-A)

You can filter results by any profile field enabled as a filter. Learn more.

Clicking on a user profile card brings you to the respective user profile.

The Pages tab contains all searchable pages that include the search term in the headline or on the page itself. 

From the preview of search results, you can:

• access the respective page
• view the breadcrumb of the pages in which the specific page belongs

You can sort results by:

• Most Relevant First
• Newest Update
• Oldest Update

You can filter results by:

• Hashtag

The Forms & Surveys tab shows all forms and surveys that include the search term in the headline or on the form or survey itself. 

From the preview of search results, you can:

• access the respective form or survey
• view the breadcrumb of the pages in which the form or survey belongs

You can sort results by:

• Most Relevant First
• Newest Update
• Oldest Update
• Alphabetically (A-Z)
• Alphabetically (Z-A)

The Calendars & Events tab shows all calendars and events that include the search term in the headline or in the calendar or event itself.

You can sort results by:

• Most Relevant First
• Newest Update
• Oldest Update
• Alphabetically (A-Z)
• Alphabetically (Z-A)

The Files tab shows all searchable files that include the search term in the file name or in the file itself.

From the preview of search results, you can:

• download the respective file
  
• view the breadcrumb of the pages in which the file belongs

You can sort results by:

• Most Relevant First
  
• Newest Update
  
• Oldest Update
  
• Alphabetically (A-Z)
  
• Alphabetically (Z-A)

You can filter results by:

• File Type
• File Location

The Apps & Links tab shows all apps and links that include the search term.

You can sort results by:

• Most Relevant First
  
• Alphabetically (A-Z)
  
• Alphabetically (Z-A)

Clicking on an app or link opens the app or link in a new tab.
