In order to use the global chat and all related functions properly, some requirements have to be met:

• Subscription to one of the following packages: Professional or Enterprise
• When subscribing to the Basic package: add the global chat as a paid extension
• When using the chat in the incognito tab: Unblocking cookies (in the browser settings)
