In the Ideas board you have the possibility to leave your feedback and your feature or function wishes. You can also see which suggestions other Communications Control users have submitted. You can upvote their suggestions if the implementation would also be helpful for you.

This way, you can actively contribute to the further development of Communications Control.

Information on the implementation of submitted proposals

We appreciate your active participation in the further development of Communications Control. We receive a high number of feature requests and improvement suggestions via various channels ("Make Communications Control better", support tickets, update calls, etc.). Of course, this numerous feedback can only be implemented in stages.

It is necessary that we check each request to see if it is a bug or a comprehension problem or if there is already an existing solution in our Communications Control standard.

If this is not the case, the request will be prioritized in line with all other requests. We take great care to ensure added value for all users and fairness in dealing with the request itself. Our prioritization takes the following aspects into account:

• Does the request contain sufficient information and is it valid as a feature request/improvement suggestion?

• Is the request in line with our product strategy?

• Is the request in line with our philosophy?

• What is the reach and added value of the feature for all customers and a customer's users?

• Is a technical implementation of the request possible?

All of the above factors influence our decision for or against submitted proposals. Therefore, we ask for your understanding if a response is not given immediately after submission or if proposals cannot be implemented or not 1:1 according to your ideas.

Submit a suggestion

To submit a suggestion, follow these instructions:

1. Open the Ideas board (module bar: "About us" "Make Communications Control better" OR profile picture "Make Communications Control better").

   

    

2. Click on the button "Vorschlag hinzufügen".

   

    

3. Add a title and description as well as your contact information (name, email) and submit the suggestion.

   

Submitted suggestions (= visible on the Ideas board) will be assigned one of the following statuses by our product team:

In Begutachtung: The feasibility and usefulness of the suggestion is being reviewed.

Offen: The suggestion has been accepted and is waiting for further votes.

Geplant: The suggestion has been added to the roadmap and will be implemented.

Nicht Geplant: The suggestion has been peer-reviewed but cannot be implemented.

Abgeschlossen: The suggestion has been implemented and published to Communications Control.

We appreciate that you actively participate in the further development of Communications Control. However, we receive a large number of suggestions via various channels (ideas boards, support chat, update calls, etc.) and therefore ask for your understanding if answers are not given directly or suggestions cannot be implemented 1:1 according to your idea. However, we assure you that we analyze each suggestion in detail and determine whether and how we can use the associated value for as many users as possible. The decision is also based on whether the proposal is in line with our product philosophy and strategy.

We therefore ask for your patience if we are not always able to respond immediately to your suggestions and implement them in a timely manner.
