The Staffbase News Sync template provides the following three flows.

• On-demand News Sync
  This flow syncs SharePoint news to a specific Staffbase news channel based on a manual trigger event. This flow is ideal for migrating your news creation from SharePoint to Staffbase.
• Continuous News Sync
  This flow syncs SharePoint news to a specific Staffbase news channel based on an automatic event triggered by a webhook when SharePoint news is either created or updated. This flow is ideal if you have SharePoint as your intranet solution for the desktop workforce and Staffbase as a mobile app solution for your frontline workforce.
• Deletion of Synced News 
  This flow deletes a news post in Staffbase when the corresponding news post is deleted in SharePoint based on an automatic event triggered by a webhook. Use this flow in combination with the Continous News Sync flow. This flow is ideal for keeping both platforms up to date, especially if you have SharePoint as your intranet solution for the desktop workforce and Staffbase as a mobile app solution for your frontline workforce.
